We have recently submitted an application to Test Valley Borough Council for another Courtyard of B1 Offices.
Since the previous development ‘Old Farm Court’ in Nursling went so positively and demand remaining for quality offices in the local area – we jumped at the chance to take this project on.
As an added bonus we are looking for a new premises ourselves, so hope to move in to one of the units should the new application be received positively.
With planning already having been approved for a lovely scheme on the site we decided to maximise the plot and apply to make some small changes, to suit our needs and improve the usability. This includes glass gables which will give a wonderfully light airy feel to the units & make the best use of the countryside views, and split the building from one very large unit, into 5 smaller offices of varying sizes.
