We have recently submitted a Prior Notification application to Eastleigh Borough Council.
Creating a number of one bedroom apartments in central Chandlers Ford, the application looks to breathe life into a building that’s been sat empty for some time, due to the business homed there vacating.
This prominent building is highly accessible with train and bus links to the surrounding area only a matter of metres away.
The future occupiers will also bring much needed revenue to local businesses, as shops, pubs and cafes surround the building.
