The team here at Rivendale hope that you are all doing well in this trying time.
We have still been very active over the lock down period, progressing applications and putting in to place new procedures in line with social distancing and all the health and safety aspects that come with the pandemic situation, which we take very seriously.
We closed our sites for three weeks to put in to place new measures to enable building works to continue safely.
Our two active sites are now up and running again in Netley Abbey and Ampfield.
We are working towards a show home for our development of nine stunning homes in Netley at ‘The Stables’ development, where one unit is already under offer. Completion of the development is now expected for September 2020.
We have also received an offer on the final office unit remaining over in Ampfield, near Romsey, which is fantastic news. These offices are set for completion September/October 2020.
We have multiple residential applications both being drawn up, and coming through the planning process – so the future remains positive and every indication shows a good feeling across the market as a whole.
